Cicada Bug

This is a photo of a cicada that Ryan and i captured the other night- they are very loud and annoying- I have attached a link- People say that they are really loud this year- Sometimes they are so loud we cant sleep. This one was about 3 inches long- otherwise we havent seen them- they hide in the trees-

Casualty of the move

This is what happens when you spend over $1000 to ship the truck. Some retard can't load it properly and you get the shaft. It was $575 to get it fixed and it looks great. We just picked up the truck today. The company will only pay for $150 because we did not take the extra ins.

I left the adjuster a hate-filled voicemail last friday and told him to call me back and have his boss's name and number when he does. I have not heard from him. I suppose I just have to assume he is scared. He is on my to-do list for tomorrow. Stay tuned.

After doing yard work on Tuesday, we packed the car and headed east to Virginia Beach (Virginia's largest city) for the day.

Kaitlyn's 1st day of school

Kaitlyn started her first day of preshool on Tuesday. She will go two days a week. She cried when we left and we were told she cried a couple more times during her three hour stay. However, she is excited to go back and I am sure will continue to become more comfortable with the kids and new surroundings.

Home of James and Dolly Maddison. Kaitlyn was a good spot but she was very board- Jody and kaitlyn went to the kids workshop station while Lynda, Ryan and Caleb continued with the tour- It was a hot day- over 90 degrees.
