Halloween activities

WE had a busy weekend- the kids and I went to a halloween party and a halloweenie roast. Both were so much fun. Below is a few photos- caleb ate a donut off a string for one of the games how much fun is he?

Dinner with caleb

So last night we were going to have soccer practice but it got canceled so we had left overs for dinner- Which was left over homemade Mac and cheese. The kids had hot dogs and bananas as well. Check this video out of Caleb. He sat at the table for about 1 hour before he could get down. He is so stubborn- Does anyone know where he gets it from?Check out these mad faces. you would think we were making him eat something he hates.

Pumpkin patch 2009

Well it is here- Halloween 2009- My kids are getting so big- It seems like yesterday kim and lynda were here going to the patch last year and my mom and dad here for halloween- wow it has been a year. We had a good time. A little chilly and we were not prepared for it not to be 7o like it has been here everyday for the last month. Caleb hates uneven groud as I am sure you can tell from the photo. We were able to find white gost pumpkins and some gourds- Again it is all you can carry for $20 we got our moneys worth!

Hot October day

Yes it is October in VA. Thursday it was 88 outside Kaitlyn got off the school bus and she asked if she go in the sprinkler- I hesitated but then thought why not. Here are the two kids playing and having fun. Caleb was enjoying my ice tea.

Mom project

Ryan spent last weekend in Grundy Va doing volunteer dentistry. I am very proud of what he has done but I tell you what we missed him on the weekend. Ryan said that this facitlity was a lot nicer than the fairgrounds they worked out before.

Girls scouts

kaitlyn in her girl scout uniform after her first meeting on wednesday. She learned the song- make new friends but keep the old one is silver and the other is gold- I remember that song well from a parade I was in as a child for blue birds. FUN.

Halloween cookies

I know have two little chef's in my kitchen. They both love to cook- I actually think caleb likes to cook more- right now as I am tying this entry caleb is watching Ratatouille after bugging me for three days. We are also working on potty training again- today- 1 hour into it and no accidents!
